The Edge got updated to the latest Chrome based version and now it will not download any EXE files either, claiming they are blocked, just like Chrome. Nothing in the system event logs to indicate an error had happened either. I do not haveĭo I downloaded the installer with Edge, but could not run the file, no matter how I tried (Open, Double-click, Run as Administrator).
